Andre Boisvert Joins Webtrends Board of Directors

Technology Industry Veteran Brings Enhanced Vision, Leadership to Board

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwire - Jun 22, 2011) - Webtrends, the leader in unified mobile, social and Web analytics and engagement, announced today that Andre M. Boisvert has joined its board of directors. Boisvert rounds out an impressive array of skills within the Webtrends board, which includes corporate finance, leadership and operations, as well as extensive experience within the hardware, software and services sectors.

Boisvert brings a deep and rich background in technology, with more than 30 years of experience. Boisvert has held executive positions at IBM, Cognos, Oracle, Sagent and SAS Institute Inc., where he was president and chief operating officer. In 2004, Boisvert co-founded Pentaho Corporation, the world's most popular commercial open source business intelligence platform. Since then, Boisvert has gone on to invest and serve as an advisor/director to several other leading companies, including Revolution Analytics, River Logic, Clario Analytics, Infobright and Palamida.

  • Neil Garfinkel, founding partner at Francisco Partners, focused primarily on investments in the software and services sectors
  • Scott Irwin, general partner at El Dorado Ventures, focused on software, infrastructure and clean energy investments.
