Andre Kearns Joins Harmony as Vice President of Marketing

Experienced Marketing Executive Brings Technology, Product Management and Marketing Expertise to Support Harmony's Continued Growth

(Harmony), the industry leading provider of software solutions and consulting services for the health and human services (HHS) sector, today announced Andre Kearns has joined its executive team as vice president of marketing.

News Highlights:

--  Kearns will lead Harmony's marketing group and serve on the company's
    executive management team.  In this role, he will provide strategic
    direction to the company, lead product management, build brand and product
    awareness, drive lead generation, and set corporate objectives to foster
--  Kearns brings to Harmony more than 10 years of corporate strategy and
    marketing experience, working with both technology and consumer product
    companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He most recently served
    as vice president of marketing for Cloakware, a venture-backed company in
    the software security space where he led product management and marketing
    across multiple market segments and managed demand creation and public
    relations. Cloakware is now owned by Irdeto, and Kearns was part of the
    executive team that led the company to its successful acquisition.
--  Previously, he worked at America Online as director of product
    management and new business development in the Digital Services group,
    negotiating license partnerships with technology companies and managing a
    team that designed, built, and launched a portfolio of AOL online
    subscription services. He has also held marketing and brand management
    positions with The Coca-Cola Company.
--  Kearns has a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College, and
    an MBA from Harvard Business School.
