Andrew Gage Named Vice President of Marketing and Industry Solutions for Cyclone Commerce

Cyclone Promotes a Marketing Mogul From Within

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 20, 2005 -- Cyclone Commerce today announced the promotion of Andrew Gage to vice president of marketing and industry solutions. Gage has been with Cyclone Commerce for almost three years, most recently serving as vice president of industry solutions. With this additional responsibility, Gage will manage product and solutions marketing, marketing communications and public relations.

As the company's top marketing executive, Gage oversees the global marketing efforts at Cyclone Commerce, leading the strategic marketing direction and positioning of the company. At Cyclone Commerce, Gage launched the Director product line, which initiated the company's evolution to a business solutions provider. Most recently in 2004, Gage oversaw the strategic acquisition of BizGenics, allowing Cyclone Commerce to offer real-time analytics with its solutions. He also developed the Smarter B2B Assessment methodology, which allows customers to develop strategic roadmaps and support business justifications.

Gage has over 15 years of experience selling, marketing and deploying enterprise software. Prior to joining Cyclone Commerce, he held a number of leadership positions in marketing and product management for FactoryLogic and Journee Software. Most recently, he was with Deloitte Consulting, gaining significant experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), supply chain and IT strategy consulting. Gage holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas.
