ANGEL Ranks Number One in Customer Satisfaction Among Educators Who Use Learning Technology

Independent IMS GLC Research Study Identifies the ANGEL Learning Management Suite as Number One in Satisfaction Among Users of All Types of Learning Technology

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 13, 2007 -- ANGEL® Learning, recognized innovator of enterprise elearning software and services, today announced that the ANGEL Learning Management Suite has received the First Place Learn-Sat Award for satisfaction among educators who use learning technology. Learning Satisfaction (Learn-Sat) award winners are determined by Learning Technology and Satisfaction Trends research conducted by the IMS GLC, the world's oldest and largest consortium focused exclusively on learning standards.

The IMS Global Learning Consortium (GLC) conducts learning technology satisfaction research to "help inform a new and rapidly evolving marketplace in the use of technology to support teaching and learning." The research is designed to fill an identified gap by providing educators an unbiased source of information as to the level of satisfaction obtained from learning technologies. IMS GLC research respondents are qualified individuals who implement and use learning technology.

"ANGEL captured the first and third satisfaction rankings out of some 90 named products and services used to support or enable learning," said Rob Abel, CEO of the IMS GLC. "It is clear that ANGEL's learning platform is held in very high regard by the survey participants."

ANGEL's comprehensive suite of online teaching and learning tools balances a robust, easy-to-use feature set with powerful capabilities. ANGEL automatically assembles ongoing perspective into learning achievement and provides simple, powerful options to take actions that empower better results and increase efficiencies. The inherent openness and flexibility of the ANGEL system enables integrations and system configurations to be built to meet the unique needs of any learning enterprise.

"It is extremely gratifying to be recognized with the first place award for customer satisfaction.
