Angela Bourne Joins Bionym as Marketing Director

The Nymi Creators Look to Design Personalized, Memorable Experiences With Their New Hire

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Dec 18, 2013) - With the launch of Bionym's developer program, the creators of the Nymi enter their next phase by welcoming Angela Bourne to the executive team as Marketing Director. Angela Bourne will lead all marketing, public relations, and event efforts, while taking a lead role in developing key partner relationships, in particular within the hospitality and retail verticals.

Before joining Bionym, Angela Bourne was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, and led the successful media launch of Toronto's newest attraction. Prior to that, Angela was with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Toronto for five years. As the Marketing and Communications Manager, Angela was a member of the Opening Team that launched the brand new five-star Four Seasons Toronto flagship hotel. During her tenure, the hotel received the 2013 Travel + Leisure SMITTY Award (Social Media in Travel and Tourism) for "Best Individual Hotel, Global."

When asked about her decision to join Bionym, Angela said, "I have a passion for designing extraordinary customer and guest experiences, and I love being part of a world-class team. Originally from coastal Maine, Angela graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., with a B.A. in English and a Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration.
