Angela Shue Joins Cadec Global as Vice President of Sales; Owen Smith Named Senior Vice President of Product Strategy

Management Team Expansion Helps Position Cadec for Continued Growth

MANCHESTER, NH--(Marketwire - Oct 15, 2012) - Cadec Global, which provides enterprise-class fleet management solutions, today announced that former XATA executive Angela Shue has joined the company's executive team as Vice President of Sales, and Owen Smith has moved into the new role of Senior Vice President of Product Strategy.

As Vice President of Sales, Shue is responsible for running all aspects of sales for Cadec's enterprise-class PowerVue family of products, and for expanding the company's presence in North America. She brings 25 years of enterprise sales experience in the transportation industry to Cadec. Previously, Shue was Director of Client Management as well as Director of Sales at XATA Corporation. Before joining XATA, she held senior sales and marketing positions at TripMaster and Transportation Management Systems.

Owen Smith, formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cadec, is now Senior Vice President of Product Strategy. In this role Owen will leverage over 25 years of enterprise software and mobility experience along with his deep understanding of the extended supply chain. He will drive the strategic vision of Cadec's enterprise-class solutions, including product management, marketing and partner development.
