Anglo-Canadian Uranium Corp.: Princeton Geophysics Survey

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 20, 2006) - Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:URA) and its wholly owned subsidiary Anglo Canadian Gold Corp. are pleased to announce that an Induced Polarization and a Ground Magnetic survey has commenced at their Princeton, B.C. Copper / Gold / Palladium Project. The work will be carried out by S.J. Geophysics of Delta, B.C. and the survey will be conducted over areas of strong copper, palladium and gold mineralization. Approximately 25 line-kilometers are to be completed with line cutting already underway. It is expected that the geophysics survey will be complete shortly, and drill testing of expected conductors will commence there after.

The Company has been actively drilling the Princeton Project since October, with eleven (11) holes completed and more planned for the next exploration period as weather permits.

Management views this geophysics program as an essential ingredient in the evaluation of this Cu-Au-Pd alkaline porphyry type deposit. The Princeton Project lies 5 km south of the Newmont Ingerbell mine. This mine operated for over 20 years with the final year of production producing 40,545,000 pounds of copper, 83,500 ounces of silver and 27,000 ounces of gold. Historically, the Princeton region has been a prolific copper-gold producing area.
