Animal Rescue Network: A Good Cause to...Adopt!

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Aug. 10, 2005) - The Animal Rescue Network (ARN), the largest non-kill shelter in Montreal, has for a mission to find homes for abandoned animals, and to help control the animal population by sterilization.

The ARN has an urgent need of volunteers for its various teams (emergency, fund raising, communications, adoptions...). We are also looking for temporary foster homes to take care of adult cats and kittens, and dogs, until they are adopted.

We hold adoption clinics every Saturday, because of the collaboration of different animal accessories and food stores. Our next adoption clinics will be on Saturdays:

- August 13th, from 11:00 to 4:00, Natural Animal & Pawtisserie
4932B Sherbrooke West (Westmount)

- August 13th, from 10:30 to 4h00, J.E. Mondou
