Anita Borg Institute Opens Call for Participation for the 2015 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 23, 2015) - The Anita Borg Institute (ABI), a non-profit organization focused on the advancement of women in computer science and engineering, today announced the Call for Participation for the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing 2015 (GHC), set to take place October 14-16, 2015 in Houston, Texas.

The Anita Borg Institute is looking for technical and professional sessions to fill three main conference tracks:

• Technology - Sessions from experts in cutting edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Gaming, Computer Graphics and Animations, Human Computer Interaction, Security and Privacy, Software Engineering, the Internet of Things and Wearables, and Open Source Technology.
• Productization - Sessions on the many crucial functions in the product lifecycle, beyond software development, that are required for successful execution.
• Organizational Change and Inclusion - Sessions on tracking organizational workforce data, cultivating productive and diverse teams, creating a company culture of inclusion, and many more topics.
