MONTREAL, CANADA--(Marketwired - May 20, 2015) - Theratechnologies Inc. (TSX:TH) today held its annual meeting of shareholders, chaired by Dawn Svoronos, chair of the board of Theratechnologies.
During the meeting, management reviewed last year's financial and corporate highlights. It also discussed the Company's perspectives for the future.

Regaining rights to EGRIFTA™ (tesamorelin for injection) in the United States is the spearhead of a most promising approach on which we have based our growth and profitability business model. As part of the meeting, the following people were elected as directors of the Company by a majority of the votes.

This represents the first mandate for David Lilley as board member of Theratechnologies.
