ALPHARETTA, GA--(Marketwired - Dec 12, 2013) - For over 16 years, CedarCrestone has annually published the most important white paper on HR technologies adoption and value, firmly establishing its role as an industry thought leader and trusted partner. This longest running research source reports on current trends, directions, and implications for enterprise Human Resources technologies, as well as today's vendor choices, forecast changes, user experience scores, and comparative costs of major deployment approaches. Today CedarCrestone is pleased to announce the transition of the CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey leadership role from Alexia (Lexy) Martin to another prominent HR voice -- Stacey Harris. Lexy Martin and Stacey Harris will co-author the 17th Annual Edition of the Survey in 2014 to evolve the resource and add even greater value in its role of supporting organizations as they plan, deploy, and optimize their HR technologies.
Lexy Martin, a leading voice in the dynamic HR Technology landscape, has led the Survey since its inception in 1997. She is a consistent contributor to the HR Technology industry's continuing evolution from self service in the early '90s, to talent management and analytics in 2000, to today's continuing cloud and social technology introductions of this decade. In 2012, HR Executive Magazine identified Lexy as one of the Top Ten Most Powerful HR Technology Experts. In 2013, Lexy was awarded the IHRIM Summit Award, granted to those making significant, long-term contributions to the advancement of the HR Technology community.
Stacey Harris, a former research executive with Brandon Hall and Bersin & Associates, has been a leading member of the HR practices and technology research community since 2007. She has led groundbreaking research on high-impact HR organizations, enterprise HR technologies, and key practices across the talent management spectrum. Harris also worked with companies such as McDonalds, Lockheed Martin, Cisco, Bank of America, and Pfizer on a variety of HR and talent related strategic initiatives.
As Vice President of Research and Analytics for CedarCrestone, Harris will assume leadership of the CedarCrestone HR Systems Survey and work to expand the organization's research offerings to HR and enterprise systems communities. "We are in the midst of a radical evolution in how organizations relate and communicate with everyone, from their workforce and business partners, to their customers and communities," commented Harris. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to conduct research at the leading edge of these changes and to continue CedarCrestone's tradition of research integrity and insights."
Lexy Martin will move to a role of expanding CedarCrestone's benchmarking and strategy services for multinational organizations. "The benchmark work done in the past few years has given me new insights into the issues of global enterprises wishing to transition into more effective organizations that are able to manage and optimize a global workforce across multiple regions and countries. It's been extraordinarily satisfying to work with some of the world's largest corporations to optimize their entire workforce with a single system of record, global talent management automation, and comprehensive workforce analytics, and to help guide them to become more agile with social and mobile technologies."
