BURNABY, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 14, 2006 -- Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW), a world class provider of coverage enhancement solutions and other major components for wireless operators and manufacturers, today announced that it's OEM group (Original Equipment Manufacturer) has won an agreement to supply a major subcomponent to one of North America's largest wireless manufacturers for a 2007 infrastructure deployment in Ireland. This first purchase order for 90 sites at $144,000 is the initial order in a forecasted $700,000 -- $1,000,000 delivery schedule across 2007 for this one project.

"Unity won this major agreement because of our ability to prove ourselves over the last several years on projects for the same account. We have now established ourselves as the prime supplier for their power amplifiers and other solutions, and are making the long awaited jump into their prime projects," commented Ilan Kenig, President and CEO of Unity Wireless.

Mr. Kenig continued, "Our gaining momentum in the North American Tier-Ones is very encouraging. I believe that the strength of the 'New' Unity Wireless combined with years of consistent business development has now given us the critical mass we need to take the company to the next level, and agreements like this support our conclusion."
