Another University Creating HAVOC

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 24, 2008) - HAVOC Distribution Inc., wholly owned subsidiary of American Enterprise Development Corporation (PINKSHEETS: AEND), announced today that following the debut of the University of Louisville Red Bird Energy Drink, HAVOC is producing a University of Illinois Energy Drink, "Powered by HAVOC," that will be sold in distribution throughout the state and Chicago.
