Anthem Properties Group Ltd.: Parks West Mall Revitalization Secures Mark's Work Wearhouse and Dollarama

HINTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 6, 2009) - Anthem Properties $2 million Revitalization Program to Hinton's largest shopping centre provides the impetus for Mark's Work Wearhouse and Dollarama to sign on as the newest additions to Parks West Mall. With the addition of these two national tenants, Parks West Mall is 98.5% leased. The construction program commenced April 1, 2009.

Scheduled to open in November 2009, Mark's Work Wearhouse will occupy 8,600 square feet just east of the main Mall Entrance. Dollarama's new 9,000 square foot store will be directly opposite the Mark's and is scheduled to open December 2009.

"To accommodate our new tenants, Bootlegger, CD Plus and Parks West Hair will relocate to new premises within the mall," says Sherry Pitre, Manager of Parks West Mall.
