Anticus International Corporation: Clear Title to Prolactis Process

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 26, 2006) - Anticus Corporation (Anticus) a public traded company on the OTC:BB exchange (OTCBB:ATCIE.OB), is delighted to announce that it has amended its license agreement whereby the licensor agreed to waive any and all conditions contained in the license agreement in consideration for 1.5 million shares giving Anticus a clear title to Prolactis.

Daniel Trudeau President and CEO declared: This new agreement has strengthened our relationship with the licensor and will enable the company to implement its business plan more efficiently.

At the same time, effective October 23rd the Company is pleased to confirm the appointment of Henri Baudet as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Beaudet has been a director of Anticus since February 14th 2006. He started his banking carreer in 1970 in Geneva, Switzerland. He successively specialized in shares and investment, financing, and corporate financing. In 1986, he became vice-president at the Banque de Depot and was head of the Private Customers division. In 1989, he became director of JP Jordan & Cie, a portfolio management company in Geneva. In 1997, with partners, he founded his own company - AS-B & Cie SA (Geneve) - specialized in asset management. He has developed a finance facilities expertise, which is well represented by his many contacts in the financial community.
