AntOro Acquires the Muskox Property in Quebec

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 12, 2005) - AntOro Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORE) is pleased to announce the signature of an agreement with Kingwolf Holdings Ltd. of Owen Sound, Ontario, for the acquisition of the Muskox property located east of the Lespinay Township in North-western Quebec. The property groups forty (40) map-designated claims ("CDC") that cover a total area of 2,255 hectares and was acquired by the issuance of 900,000 treasury shares of AntOro.

This property was acquired for its gold and base metals potential that were highlighted in a compilation of historical exploration results. The property straddles the volcano-sedimentary rocks of the Urban-Barry greenstone belt located in the north-eastern portion of the Abitibi geological Subprovince. This property is close to AntOro's Hebert property which contains showing No. 7515-78-16. This showing resulted from diamond drilling, uncovered grades of four grams per tonne Au, 14% Cu and 142 g/t Ag over 0.04 metre. The Muskox property hosts, multiple magnetic and electromagnetic (INPUT) geophysical anomalies which remain untested by prospecting or diamond drilling. Some of these targets could be generated by sulphide mineralizations and are spatially associated with shear zones and regional deformations that are often gold-bearing.
