AntOro Resources : Upcoming Changes in the Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 10, 2007) - AntOro Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ORE) (-suspended) wishes to announce that, Benoit M. Violette, P. Geo., Michel Cote, Financial consultant, and Gilles Provost, P. Geo. have resigned as members of the Board of Directors. The members have given their resignation respectively on June 11th, 2007 for Mr. Provost, on August 1st, 2007 for Mr. Violette and on August 2nd, 2007 for Mr. Cote. The company wishes to thank them for their effort during their tenure on the Board.

The company has also the regrets to announce that Francois C. Desrosiers, President and Director of the company, has resigned due to a personal illness, effective August 10th, 2007.

AntOro is pleased to announce the nomination of Yvan Dubuc, M.A. (Master of Arts), Tony Materazzi, P. Eng. and Bogdan Damjanovic, P. Eng. Mr. Damjanovic will become the next President of AntOro Resources Inc.

Mr. Bogdan Damjanovic has 15 years international experience in Mining Operations and Engineering Consulting Services. Recently, he was the Research Director for AMIRA-CAMIRO (the international consortium for mining industry research), and Chairman of the CIM'S Canadian Mineral Processors - Toronto Branch. He was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Province of Liaoning, China for his successful engineering efforts involving a CESO-CIDA dust minimization project. He is a Professional Engineer who serves as a Director with professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), and serves as a Judge on the PEO'S Registration Review Committee. Damjanovic graduated from the University of Toronto's Geological and Mineral Engineering Program in 1992, and is the author of "Milling Practices in Canada" (CIM special Volume /49). Currently, he owns the Toronto office of Express Personnel Services, the largest privately-held staffing firm in the world. In 2006, Express Personnel had 594 offices and employed 385,000 people worldwide. Express Personnel provides permanent, contract and temporary staffing solutions as well as a full spectrum of HR consulting services to the professional, office services and light industrial sectors, including the mining sector.

Mr. Dubuc brings to AntOro a long and fruitful career in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. He has an extensive experience in Corporate Governance while acting as a Consultant in Corporate Governance for non-profit organisations as well as for companies. After graduating from Universite de Montreal with a B.A. in 1968, a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations, in 1971, a degree in Law in 1983 from the Ottawa University, he held various positions in Industrial Relations. He then graduated in 1980 from Ottawa University with a Masters in Sociology. After which he held various positions such as Director, Human Relations with the Societe d'Amenagement de l'Outaouais. Since 1991 he has been active as a self employed consultant specializing in advising Not-For-Profit organisations and For-Profit companies in matters of Corporate Governance. He has also written three books on HRM and Corporate Governance issues.

Mr. Tony Materazzi, Eng., holds a B.Eng. (Civil Engineering) from Concordia University (Montreal, 1986) and a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Algonquin College, Ottawa. Currently employed at Groupe Prodem, Mr. Materazzi's is the Director of Technical Services. Previously, Mr. Materazzi was employed at Delsan-AIM Environmental Services as a Senior Consultant - Environmental Division and has also practiced as a consultant and a field engineer, performing geotechnical studies, including the supervision of drilling and sampling, laboratory testing, and field instrumentation.

AntOro is looking forward to benefiting from the new Board of Directors experience as well as helping it become a more senior mineral exploration and development company.
