Anue Systems Achieves Record Growth and Strengthens Management Team

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - July 19, 2007) - Anue Systems announces the completion of the most successful quarter in the company's five year history. Q2 sales increased 100% year-over-year, and 42% over Q1. This growth resulted from continued strength in the Network Equipment, Storage Equipment and Communications Service Provider markets -- and increasing success with Enterprise customers.

Major accomplishments in the first half of 2007 included:

--  More than 100 new customers.  Anue Systems Network Emulators are now
    being used by seven of the top ten Network Equipment Manufacturers in
    the world.  Anue Systems now has over 300 customers in more than 20

--  Expanded geographical reach, with solutions capabilities and support
    through channel partners worldwide.  Q2 brought significant new
    business in India, China, Korea and Scandinavia.

--  Release of the second generation of Anue Systems GEM and XGEM Ethernet
    Network Emulators, incorporating support for IPTV, Triple Play and VoIP

--  Strategic alliances with HP, RadView and Spirent Communications for
    the purpose of integration with their industry-leading load generation

--  Publication of white papers on Network Applications Testing and Triple
    Play Testing.

--  Executive promotions:

    -- Kevin Przybocki to COO/CFO.  As VP of Sales and Marketing, he was
       responsible for developing the organization which has propelled Anue
       Systems to four years of rapid growth and profitability.  A veteran
       manager with previous leadership positions with MIPS Computer
       Systems, SGI, Boston Scientific and Finisar Corporation, Kevin has
       built a team and infrastructure which will enable Anue Systems to
       continue on its high growth rate and move into new markets.

    -- Jason Nutt to VP of Product Management and Support.  Jason has
       planned and orchestrated 15 product releases in 2 ½ years, including
       shipment of next generation network emulators for Ethernet,
       SONET/SDH and Fibre Channel.  Nutt has over 10 years of experience
       in telecommunications test and measurement, specifically in optical
       transport testing solutions such as SONET/SDH up to 40Gbps and
       Ethernet data communications.  Prior to Anue, he worked in
       engineering, product marketing and strategic marketing roles for
       Alcatel, HP, Agilent and Spirent.

    -- George Salemie to VP of Sales.  George has been instrumental in
       expanding Anue Systems sales into new markets, and developed a
       worldwide sales and support network with our channel partners.
       Before joining Anue, George was Sales Manager of the Americas'
       Channel Partners at Redback Networks.  He was responsible for
       identifying, developing and overseeing resellers throughout North,
       Central and South America.  Prior to Redback Networks, George was
       Business Development Manager for Lucent's Inter-Networking Systems
       Division, where he worked with other divisions in order to develop
       and market mobile wireless data solutions.  Salemie has a B.S. in
       Electrical Engineering from Washington University, an M.S. in
       Computer Engineering from University of Houston, and an M.B.A. from
       Georgetown University.
