Anybill Executive Changes and New Appointments Set Stage for Company's Second Decade of Growth

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - February 8, 2011) - Anybill, Inc., the leading provider of complete, on-demand AP automation software and the developer of enterprise-scale Critical AP solutions, announced today major executive advancements and management staff appointments.

Peter Bepler, previously Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder, has been named Anybill President. "Anybill's first decade was marked by eager market acceptance of our comprehensive on-demand AP solution -- our ten-fold client growth exceeded our own plans. Guided by this experience, we have set aggressive revenue goals for the future and Anybill's Board of Directors has asked me to serve as President in order to bring public focus to our strategic vision and culture. Although I am moving away from day-to-day operational activities, I will continue to oversee Anybill's marketing and communications initiatives. In that area, I am ably supported by our new Director of Marketing, Stacey Gallagher, a seasoned business-to-business marketer who is now responsible for designing and managing Anybill's strategic vision and market outreach," notes Bepler. 

Anybill's Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sander Mueller, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Anybill CEO, Matt Voorhees, notes, "The change responds to the need to more clearly reflect Sander's expanded responsibilities for the company's accelerating sales, additional partner relationships and organization alliances that have become considerably more complex and numerous." Mueller comments on his COO role, "Anybill's business development strategy today includes a very systematic, coordinated combination of managed lead development, direct sales, partnerships and alliance relationships." In addition to oversight of this sales activity, as COO, Mueller is also responsible for the company's operations and technology management as Anybill continues to enhance its solutions for the market.

CEO Voorhees noted that dramatic revenue and client growth require additional back office client and accounting support. Filling those critical needs are two recent additions to the Anybill management staff: Jacqueline Johnson, Director of Operations, and Controller, Carolyn Carroccio.
