APAC Customer Services, Inc. Adds 345 Jobs in St. Joseph, Missouri

New Positions to Support Client Growth


BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2013) -  APAC Customer Services, Inc., a member of the Expert Global Solutions (EGS) family of brands, is pleased to announce that it is now doing business in St. Joseph, MO. Operating alongside fellow EGS brands -- SST and NCO -- APAC expects to add 345 new jobs to the St. Joseph service center, now through November.

The 345 new jobs, 100 of which have already been filled, will support client growth in the retail industry. The roles include both year-round permanent and peak-season temporary roles in a 24x7 operation, which offers overnight shifts. Service agents will handle inbound calls in a fast-paced and customer oriented environment, using state of the art technology.
