(NASDAQ: APAC), a leader in global outsourced services and solutions, announced today the award of a multi-year contract to provide customer care and back-office support on behalf of a Fortune 100 Financial Services company. Under the agreement, APAC will provide inbound enrollment and customer care support, including assistance with calls requiring APAC agents licensed in insurance.
