APAC Customer Services, Inc. Expanding in Green Bay, Wisconsin

400 New and Existing Positions to Support Major Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecomm and Travel Clients

GREEN BAY, WI--(Marketwired - Sep 10, 2013) - APAC Customer Services, Inc., a leader in global customer care outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will fill 400 jobs in its Green Bay, Wisconsin service center, between now and December. The 400 jobs will support major clients in the healthcare, financial services, telecomm and travel industries via phone and back-office support. Positions include openings for customer service representatives, a variety of leadership jobs, support staff and training specialists.

Specifically for the roles supporting healthcare clients, the immediate openings do not require an insurance license. For all positions, customer service and/or management experience is preferred.
