APAC Customer Services, Inc. Has 325 Job Openings in Its Quad Cities Location

BANNOCKBURN, IL--(Marketwire - Aug 24, 2011) - APAC Customer Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: APAC), a leader in global outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it has immediate openings for 325 customer service associates (CSAs) in its Davenport (part of the quad cities), Iowa contact center.

The openings are for individuals who will manage customer's inbound calls. Making outbound calls are not required. All of the positions are full time with flexible schedules and offer comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision. There is a thorough, paid training program for each position. In addition to a competitive salary, individuals in these jobs will also receive incentive pay based on their meeting customer satisfaction, quality adherence and attendance goals.
