APAC Customer Services, Inc. Holding Job Fair to Fill 250 Positions in Quad City Contact Center

Job Fair Date Is Wednesday, September 28, 2011

DAVENPORT, IA--(Marketwire - Sep 26, 2011) - APAC Customer Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: APAC), a leader in global outsourced services and solutions, announced today that it will be holding a job fair to find candidates to fill 250 customer service associates (CSAs) positions in its Quad City, Davenport, IA contact center. The media is invited to attend the event.

The job fair will take place on Wednesday, September 28 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The location for the event is the Lodge Hotel at 900 Spruce Hill Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa. There will be signs in the hotel directing candidates to the Job Fair.

The available openings are for Customer Service Associates who will be handling inbound customer calls. Making outbound calls will not be required. All of the positions are full time with flexible schedules and offer comprehensive health benefits, including dental and vision. A thorough, paid training program is included. In addition to a competitive salary, individuals in these jobs will also receive incentive pay based on their meeting customer satisfaction, quality adherence and attendance goals.

Also in attendance at the job fair will be representatives from Children's Therapy Center of the Quad Cities, a local charity to which APAC contributes. This charitable organization's mission is to provide therapy services to children with developmental disabilities and developmental delays in order to help them achieve their highest level of independence. The Children's Therapy Center will be distributing information about their program, responding to any questions attendees and the media may have about their mission, signing up volunteers and asking for donations.
