Recognition a Result of Employees' Dedication to Delivering Best-in-Class Service

Defined by the size of the site, Newport News shares the distinction with APAC's Davenport location. Both sites were selected for their outstanding client satisfaction, commitment to strategic initiatives and dedication to the company's core values.

To mark this prestigious award, the site recently held a special celebration to honor and thank all of their employees.

The Newport News site is also delighted to announce a business expansion and expects to fill more than 100 new positions in the coming weeks. These new jobs will provide customer support via phone and e-mail for a major consumer service company. They are full-time positions and are benefit-eligible (health/dental coverage, paid time off, as well as 401(k) plans).

APAC offers a competitive base pay plus bonus potential. Candidates must have one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate computer aptitude.
