Apartment Guide Achieves 150,000 "Likes" Milestone on Facebook®

150,000 Consumers Have Opted-In to Apartment Guide Social Channel, More Than Double Any Other Single Internet Listing Service (ILS)

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - May 30, 2012) - Demonstrating the success of its digital strategy for engaging with potential renters from key renter demographics, Apartment Guide has achieved the milestone of 150,000 "likes" on its Facebook® page located at The page reaches more than double the consumers than any other single Internet Listing Service (ILS).

In addition to "liking" Apartment Guide consumers are actively engaging with the brand through the social channel. In the first quarter of 2012, the Apartment Guide Facebook page generated nearly 60 percent growth, more than 9,200 consumer actions and more than 700 apartment seeking requests. Through the Facebook page, consumers gain access to content that enables them to find their next place or community, learn about featured promotions, discover tips for budgeting, decorating or maximizing their space, and engage with interactive content related to apartment living.
