APC Introduces the Power Ready™ Notebook Sleeve Designed for Everyday Notebook Users

The APC Power Ready Notebook Sleeve Helps Organize a User's Mobile Office and Power Their Mobile Devices

Featuring a compact, efficient design, the Power Ready Notebook Sleeve allows mobile professionals to work without wires or cables making it an ideal solution for those accessing a hotspot or on the go. With a dedicated battery pocket and storage for additional accessories, users can easily connect charging electronics and work directly from this new case.

APC has introduced two new Power Ready Notebook Sleeve models in a medium (TC300E) and large (TC350E) size to accommodate notebooks ranging from 12 to 15.4 inches. These new cases feature specifically designed pockets and elastic straps to store a power adapter and external notebook battery for additional power while roaming, especially around the house, between offices, or sitting near a wireless hotspot. The cable pass-through feature allows customers to connect their notebook to APC's recently announced Universal Notebook Batteries 50, 70 and 90, which fit in a separate compartment. Easy to set up and use, the APC Universal Notebook Batteries support most leading brands of notebook computers, include a variety of 'notebook tips' and allow users to select the required voltage. These new models feature the following capabilities:

--  APC Universal Notebook Battery 50 - is an external power supply that
    provides up to four hours of additional runtime depending on the notebook
    model and its performance settings.  Weighing just under a pound, the
    Universal Notebook Battery 50 is currently available in North America and
    carries an estimated resale price of $99.99 (UPB50).
    
--  APC Universal Notebook Battery 70 - is a slim external battery
    designed to fit easily into the top pocket of the Power Ready Notebook
    Sleeve and provide up to six hours of additional runtime depending on the
    notebook model and its performance settings.  Additionally, an integrated
    USB port supplies a 5V power source for USB-powered mobile devices.
    Currently available in North America, the Universal Notebook Battery 70
    carries an estimated resale price of $149.99 (UPB70).
    
--  APC Universal Notebook Battery 90 - features 90 watt-hours of power in
    a slim footprint with up to eight hours of additional runtime depending on
    the notebook model and its performance settings.  The Universal Notebook
    Battery 90 also features two USB ports to supply power over 5V to USB-
    powered mobile devices and an OLED Display that provides real-time status
    information such as battery capacity, recharge time and battery load, as
    well as input and output voltage.  Currently available in North America,
    the Universal Notebook Battery 90 carries an estimated resale price of
    $199.99 (UPB90).
