Apester Grows Executive Team and Appoints Ran Peled as Chief Marketing Officer

Following a $5M Series A Funding Round, the Digital Storytelling Platform for Publishers Expands Its Leadership Team With Agency Veteran

Apester, which enables publishers to integrate the voice of the reader into editorial coverage, has tasked Peled with driving the company's brand marketing strategy. He will work closely with leading brands and agencies to create new monetization opportunities through Apester's unique and highly-engaging platform. The announcement comes on the heels of the company's recent $5M Series A financing.

Peled brings his extensive background and strong expertise in both the marketing and technology industries to Apester. Most recently, Peled was the Founder and CEO of McCannTech, a global advertising agency for the hi-tech industry, and a division of McCann Tel Aviv. Before spearheading that new initiative, Peled served as VP of Global Strategy at McCann where he led a team of global advertising and marketing experts driving digital brand strategy, campaign creation and smart media buying for a portfolio of global clients.
