APM Takes Flexible Approach to Marketing Charles II Street

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2010) - APM Property Consultants has received instructions to market a stunning property at Charles II Street, London SW1. This brings the number of major commercial properties being handled by the company to 12 since it was first founded, as part of the Avanta Group of Companies, at the beginning of the year.

APM has been instructed to market the second and fourth floors of the building, which comprise of just over 9500 sq ft and can either be taken as whole floors, or in two suites. The attractive building is situated on the east side of Charles II Street, which connect St. James's Square with Regent Street and provides easy access to London's West End.
