The partnership between Apogee and the University represents the largest outsource ResNet management contract ever awarded in higher education.

Apogee was chosen to manage and expand the on-campus ResNet due to the company's experience and central focus in deploying core network and data services. Throughout the deployment, Apogee will work to transition the campus from a University-managed residential network to Apogee's high-speed data network, supported by Apogee's 24/7/365 Student Support center. The new ResNet will deliver advanced Internet access, Voice over IP (VoIP) phone services, and state-of-the-art 802.11n wireless coverage for the entire residential campus.
