Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2010 Dividend

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 17, 2010) - Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: ARI) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.35 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2010. The dividend is payable on April 12, 2010 to common shareholders of record on March 31, 2010.

The Board also set March 31, 2010 as the record date for its 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on May 12, 2010, at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP at 31 West 52nd Street, New York, New York.
