Apparent Networks Joins Nortel Developers Program

Initiative Aimed at Complementing Nortel Products With the Company's AppCritical™ Solution Broadens Availability of AppCritical's Unique, Real-Time Network Monitoring Capabilities

WELLESLEY HILLS, MA--(Marketwire - January 31, 2008) - Apparent Networks, Inc. today announced that it has entered the Nortel Developers Program. Under this program, Apparent will work collaboratively with Nortel to integrate the powerful, real-time network monitoring capabilities of Apparent's AppCritical software with solutions built on Nortel communications platforms. This initiative enables Apparent to tap an expanding range of interfaces, information and technical support services from Nortel. The goal is accelerated development and delivery to mutual customers of new solutions for converged networks and business connectivity services.
