AppDynamics to Speak at Customer Success Summit 2015

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 23, 2015) - AppDynamics, the leading application intelligence company, today announced that Chief Customer Success Officer & Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Hatim Shafique, will speak at the Customer Success Summit 2015 on March 24, at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.

In his role as Chief Customer Success Officer and Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, Shafique is responsible for helping customers through technical support, and continuous education and enablement; he is also responsible for SaaS & IT operations as well as sales enablement engineering. Shafique's efforts have helped AppDynamics recently earn a Net Promoter Score (or NPS® Score) of 87, the highest in the company's history. NPS is a leading metric for measuring customer loyalty.

Details of Shafique's panel at Customer Success Summit 2015 are as follows:

  • Session Title: "Customer Success by the Numbers: How to Measure Impact"
  • Session Details: While the discipline of Customer Success has been widely adopted by SaaS and subscription businesses, the debate about how best to measure success still rages on. The tried and true metrics of NPS, conversion rates, churn, and revenue per user are being joined by new metrics including Customer Retention Cost (CRC), product engagement and customer health. This session will feature Customer Success executives such as Shafique, to highlight how they measure the impact that they are making today and how they see these metrics evolving in the future.
