Apple Rush Co., Inc. Brings Organic Zeolite Fertilizer to the US

GLENVIEW, IL--(Marketwire - Dec 16, 2011) - Apple Rush Co., Inc. (PINKSHEETS: APRU) and Rancho Chinobampo S.A. de C.V. of Sinaloa, Mexico (Chinobampo) reached an agreement whereby Apple Rush will have controlling interest in a new US Corporation with an exclusive license to distribute Chinobampo's unique patented Organic Fertilizer formulated with Zeolite, marketed under the name Chinobampo Nerea.

The new US Corporation will become a public company, which will hold the Exclusive Territorial License for the United States and Canada for Chinobampo Nerea. This new US Corporation will be owned, in part, by Chinobampo and partly owned by Apple Rush. Apple Rush intends to distribute, as a dividend to its shareholders, stockholders of record as of January 31, 2012.

Apple Rush® and Organic Apple Growers across the US and Canada have struggled to find the best Organic Nutrients for the Organic Apple Trees. The Chinobampo Nerea Organic Fertilizer formulated with Zeolite is a Nano Technology product that uses the unique molecular structure of Zeolite to deliver nutrients to plants using less water and avoiding the toxins like Arsenic that are usually associated with use of commercial urea based fertilizers. Additionally, the Chinobampo Nerea Zeolite-based formulation actually feeds on such toxins, thereby eliminating these heavy metals from the soil and ultimately our water supply.

"Apple Rush is committed to ensuring that all of our beverages are Arsenic Free," stated Robert Corr, President of Apple Rush Co., Inc. "With the start of this new Company that includes the exclusive distribution rights to this exciting new organic product, we strive to provide a comprehensive solution for Organic Apple Growers and all farmers across the US and Canada." Almost as exciting is the fact that this formulation is almost 20% less expensive than competitive fertilizer products. Also compelling is the enhanced quality of the plants. And with less water required, Chinobampo Nerea has the capability of turning deserts into gardens.

Cuitlahuac Rangel Alcarz, the President of Rancho Chinobampo, was in Chicago to sign the agreement and was able to explain how his Zeolite formula for Organic Fertilizer has helped to promote organic farming in Mexico, and many produce items grown with the use of Chinobampo Nerea, the Zeolite based Organic Fertilizer, are already being sold in the US market.

After celebrating 60 Million USD in yearly sales of Chinobampo Nerea in Mexico alone, Mr. Alcarz and Mr. Corr believe that the potential for this Zeolite based product to increase yields and save water will generate not only increased profits but contribute to the renewal of the soil for US and Canadian farmers.
