The latest edition includes two feature articles. "Financial Justification for Cycle Time Improvement Efforts" discusses the justifications for cycle time improvement projects and their impact on the bottom line. "COO Impacts on LPCVD Poly Silicon Deposition" discusses the costs associated with quartz, silicon carbide, and poly silicon furnaceware. These analyses were conducted for both 200-mm and 300-mm processes and include an examination of different injector materials.
