NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Sep 13, 2012) - Applied Minerals, Inc. (OTCQB: AMNL) (the "Company") will hold its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 3 P.M. Eastern.
