Appointment of Contractor to Complete 43-101 Accreditation Program and Appointment of Officers of Tawsho Mining Inc.

CONCORD, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 28, 2009) - Tawsho Mining (TSX VENTURE:TAW) is pleased to announce the appointment of a preferred contractor to complete the 43-101 accreditation on The Chevrier Property in Quebec as required by securities legislation. "We are extremely pleased with reaching this advanced stage in the development of our first class property", stated Zoran Arandjelovic, Chairman, "and look forward to achieving the 43-101 accreditation."

Tawsho Mining Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Joseph Feldman as President of Tawsho Mining Inc.

Joseph Feldman has been President of Joseph Feldman Consulting Services Inc., a private Ontario corporation providing consulting services and business advice since January 1, 2008. Prior to starting his consulting business Mr. Feldman was engaged in the practice of law in the Province of Ontario and he continues to be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. From August 1978 until December 2007, Mr. Feldman was a partner in the law firm of Torkin, Manes LLP, a mid-sized Toronto Law Firm.

Mr. Feldman has served on a number of boards of Canadian public companies. At present, he is Co-Chairman of Delavaco Energy Inc, a private oil & gas exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary and Toronto, with regional operations office in Bogota, Colombia. Alange Energy Corp. (ALE, TSX-Vx) recently announced that it has acquired Delavaco Energy Inc. for a purchase price of approximately C$100 million.

Tawsho Mining Inc. is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Eva Wolosiuk as Secretary of Tawsho Mining Inc. This is an additional function to her role as CFO.

Ms. Wolosiuk has over ten years work experience as an external auditor of a number of private and public companies and brings with her a strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IFRS implementation process and has expert knowledge of US and Canadian GAAP and GAAS.
