Appointment of new Chief Executive Officer
CAMAR is pleased to announce that David Russell, a non-executive director of the Company, has been
appointed as CAMAR's Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
David has over 34 years' experience in the mining industry, encompassing a variety of operating, executive
and board positions. David has a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Montana at Montana
Tech and is currently Chairman of Pure Nickel (NIC:TSX), Chairman of Fire River Gold (FAU:TSX.V) and a
director of General Molybdenum (GMO:AMEX). Previously, he was the founder, President and CEO of Apollo
Gold Corporation (now Brigus Gold Corporation, following the merger of Apollo Gold and Linear Gold in
2010). Prior to Apollo Gold, he was the VP and COO of Getchell Gold Corp, which had production of 200,000
ounces of gold per year and was acquired by Placer Dome for USD 1.1 billion in 1999.
CAMAR also announces that John Leech, a non-executive director of the Company, has resigned to pursue other
business interests. Following Mr. Leech's resignation, the Directors are interested in 11,120,740 Ordinary
Shares, representing 66.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 16,705,713 Ordinary Shares.
