Apprio Earns Inc. 5000 Listing of Fastest Growing Private Companies

Apprio Ranks #2573 on Prestigious List With 138% Growth Rate

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - Aug 21, 2013) - Apprio, a leading provider of specialized technology solutions, particularly for the health, defense and homeland security markets, today announced that it has been included in the prestigious Inc. 5000 listing of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S.

Each year, Inc. magazine releases its 500|5000 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The list results are based on the percentage of revenue growth from 2009 to 2012. With a 138% growth rate, Apprio was ranked 2573 on the list and 27th among companies based in Washington D.C.

"We are pleased to again be included in the Inc. 5000 list along with some very dynamic companies," said Apprio President and Founder, Darryl F. Britt. "Apprio has enjoyed consistent growth due to our customer centric focus, depth of knowledge in niche markets and dedication to providing clients with the best people. We focus on long term client relationships and our mission is to solve problems using internal consultants possessing intellect, integrity and honesty."

The 2013 Inc. 5000, unveiled in the September issue of Inc. is the most competitive in the list's history. To make the cut, companies had to have achieved a minimum of 918.59% in sales growth.

"Not all the companies in the Inc. 500 | 5000 are in glamorous industries, but in their fields they are as famous as household name companies simply by virtue of being great at what they do. They are the hidden champions of job growth and innovation, the real muscle of the American economy," says Inc. magazine Editor Eric Schurenberg.
