The ION Smoke Detection Application provides early warning smoke detection by actively sampling air for even the smallest particles of smoke to detect potential fire at the earliest stage possible. The ION Smoke Detection Application's smoke detector continually draws surrounding air into a chamber to detect the presence of very small amounts of smoke. If the measured smoke content exceeds a pre-defined threshold, condition indication alerts and status information is sent to the integrated ION System for immediate response.
