Approved Name Change-Hawthorne Gold Corp. to Become China Minerals Mining Corporation

The Company is very pleased to announce that effective at the opening April 5, 2011 Hawthorne Gold Corp. will officially be re-named China Minerals Mining Corporation. Shares for the Company will now trade under the TSX-V ticker symbol "CMV". The Company previously traded under the symbol "HGC".

The Company is also very pleased to welcome Mr. Jian Zhang to the Board of Directors where he will serve as Director and Chairman of the Board and to Dr. Shijia Tang where he will serve as Director and Chief Executive Officer.
