Aqua Maestro Update: Exclusive Brand Relationships and Wholesale Expansion Complement Internet Growth

Founded as a home and office distributor of domestic and import waters, Aqua Maestro naturally found their way into servicing both high end hotels and white table cloth restaurants in the South Florida market. "The South Florida market caters to tourists and year round residents that dine out frequently. It's the perfect market scenario for Aqua Maestro," said Jerry Pearring President and CEO of Global Beverage Solutions.

With the launch of the website, Aqua Maestro has expanded exclusive relationships with several brands to include exclusive internet rights, as well as exclusive rights in some cases for the entire US market. Aqua Maestro's further expansion into the Caribbean has also led to exclusive relationships with several reputable import brands.

"We have excellent relationships in the industry and many of them are exclusive," said Pearring. "Take for example Voss Water, we are the exclusive internet retailer for Voss Water and Voss has included a link on their website directly to ours. We also have the exclusive distribution rights for Voss in several Caribbean countries including the Bahamas. Just last week we shipped 500 cases of Voss Water to the Atlantis Hotel."

As the exclusive US importer for brands such as Cape Karoo of South Africa and Fine from Japan, Aqua Maestro has the opportunity for greater expansion into additional major US markets. "We recently shipped two orders for the Cape Karoo and Fine brands to metro New York under our exclusive agreements. As part of our plan to expand our presence in the area, we are currently negotiating an exclusive distributor agreement to grow these brands throughout the New York metro market," said Pearring.

Aqua Maestro's Internet business also offers a consumer program for frequent buyers called Penguin Club Members (PCM). "We are adding new PCMs every week and year to date have added over 100 new members," said Pearring. "Membership year to date is already over 15% higher than our previous year end membership. We believe we have only scratched the surface with links and internet marketing to further increase membership so we are expecting 2007 to be a great year."

With revenue input from all of their business units, including US and Caribbean wholesale and retail accounts, Internet sales, and the South Florida home and office distribution networks, Aqua Maestro is poised to expand their presence to support steady domestic and international sales growth.
