AquaCell Technologies Announces Name Change to GreenCore Technology

GreenCore Technology to Develop, Manufacture and Market "Green" Technology Products; GPM, Recently Acquired by AquaCell, Has Changed Its Name to GreenCore Air, Inc.; Patented Solar Powered Air Conditioner Is GreenCore's Flagship Product

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2007) - AquaCell Technologies, Inc. ("AquaCell") (PINKSHEETS: AQUA) today announced that it is changing its name to GreenCore Technology to reflect the new direction of the company. GreenCore's mission is to develop, manufacture and market "green" technology products and is dedicated to helping conserve energy and natural resources while reducing pollutants and unwanted biological agents. GreenCore is at the environmental center of new technology.

The name change to GreenCore Technology is subject to shareholder approval.
