Aquacell Water Hires Chief Operating Officer for Water Treatment Subsidiary

James Knoll, Previously With Isolux, Joins Aquacell Water

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2007 -- Aquacell Water, Inc. ("Aquacell") (PINKSHEETS: AQWT) announced today that it has hired Mr. James Knoll as Chief Operating Officer of its Aquacell Water Treatment subsidiary.

Mr. Knoll, a chemical industry professional, had a 14-year career with MEI, a world leader in high performance, technical materials. He most recently headed MEI's arsenic removal division Isolux Technologies, where he spearheaded a team of research chemists and engineers focused on product, application and commercial development of the arsenic removal products.

Mr. Knoll will play an important role in integrating the acquisition of McPhee Environmental and Aquacell Water as it relates to arsenic removal. There are more than 2,700 water systems operating approximately 10,000 wells that are out of compliance with the new regulations set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency, lowering the maximum level of arsenic in drinking water from 50 parts-per-billion (ppb) to 10 ppb.

Mr. Knoll has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and a Master's Degree in Business Management and has spent over 18 years as an environmental professional.
