Aquacell Water Provides Arsenic Removal Systems to the Navajo Nation

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 21, 2007 -- Aquacell Water, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQWT) announced that it has completed the first phase of a contract for arsenic removal systems for the Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency in Arizona.

Aquacell obtained the contract valued at more than $600,000 through its recent acquisition of McPhee Environmental and will provide turnkey arsenic removal systems at six school locations. Aquacell Water's services for this project include providing engineering design, building construction, arsenic removal equipment and installation start-up services at each location. These arsenic removal systems, of varying sizes, are for schools on the reservation.

Jim Knoll, Chief Operating Officer of Aquacell Water Treatment, Inc., said, "We are pleased to have just installed our arsenic removal systems for the first two wells on the Navajo reservation. We are now proceeding with the engineering for the next systems included in this project, and expect the have the contract fulfilled by July 15th."
