Aquacell Water's Arsenic Removal System Selected by Tucson, AZ Water Company

Aquacell to Provide Arsenic Removal System Using Dow's ADSORBSIA™ Media

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 21, 2006 -- Aquacell Water (OTCBB: AQWT) has been selected to provide its arsenic removal system to the Rancho Del Conejo Community Water Co-Op in Tucson, Arizona. Aquacell received notification from the water company that they have selected Aquacell's arsenic removal system, which utilizes ADSORBSIA™ GTO™ titanium-based arsenic removal media from The Dow Chemical Company.

"We are pleased to have been selected by Rancho Del Conejo to provide an arsenic removal system for their public drinking water," said Karen Laustsen, President of Aquacell Water. "Our engineering staff will be working closely with them to ensure that the system meets or exceeds their expectations."

Ms. Laustsen continued, "We're excited to see the ground work we have laid coming to fruition. We anticipate that the long sales cycle will begin to shorten and that we will be receiving more orders for our arsenic removal systems in the near future."

Aquacell designs its arsenic removal systems to allow providers of drinking water to come into compliance with new federal EPA regulations that lower the maximum level of arsenic in drinking water from 50 parts-per-billion to 10 parts-per-billion.

Aquacell Water, an authorized distributor of ADSORBSIA media in the southwest United States, selected this media for arsenic removal because of its inherent benefits that allow Aquacell to engineer and build smaller footprint systems with no wastewater discharge. Given the ability of ADSORBSIA arsenic removal media to operate under a wide variety of water conditions -- including pH fluctuations and resistance to other water contaminants that can affect competitor's medias and resins -- Aquacell is able to supply drinking water providers with a truly turnkey arsenic removal system that has both low capital and low operating costs.
