Aquarian Gold Corp. Launches New Website, Confirms Finalization of License Issue Process in Indonesia

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 28, 2006 -- Aquarian Gold Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AQGC) ("Aquarian") is pleased to announce the launch of its new website at The website reflects the new name, logo, and trading identity of the company and contains background on Indonesia, the licenses, and the coal market.

Following the earlier issue of six of the coal licenses applied for at Indragiri Hulu in the Riau coal basin of Sumatra, a further three licenses have been issued and the total area now covered by issued licenses now totals over 42,000 ha.

A further four licenses are expected to be issued imminently, bringing the total to substantially in excess of 50,000 ha.

In the process of license formalization, the group believes it has been able significantly to improve its ground holding position by amending license boundaries to include more of the ground it considers most prospective. A new map will shortly be produced updating that on the website and including these changes.
