@aquila Inc. Acquires PJ Inc. Public Relations and Rebrands @aquila Consulting as Coriolis Partners

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ--(Marketwire - June 24, 2009) - @aquila, Inc., a global holding company consisting of leading organizations in technology and b2b services announces it has acquired PJ Inc., the New York based public relations and marketing firm, known for its creative solutions and results in solving communications challenges. PJ Inc. founder and communications pundit, Pamela Johnston, remains as President of PJ Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of @aquila, Inc., guiding account strategy, client service, and account teams. PJ Inc. adds David Palmieri, Chairman, President and CEO of @aquila as acting CEO and introduces a new executive team comprised of leaders in technology, finance and business management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
