Aquiline Resources Inc.: Chubut Government in Favour of Re-Introduction of Responsible Mining

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 7, 2008) - Aquiline Resources Inc. (TSX:AQI) ("Aquiline" or "the Company") is pleased to provide its shareholders and other interested parties, excerpted transcripts of a speech given on June 25 at the Canadian Embassy in Buenos Aires, by Mr. Mario Das Neves, Governor of Chubut Province, Argentina.

Mr. Das Neves, along with Provincial Minister Norberto Yauhar, and the Secretary of Hyrdrocarbons & Mining, Mr. Luis Tarrio, spoke recently at a gathering organized by the Canadian Argentine Chamber of Commerce. The Provincial Government stated it was supportive of the re-introduction of mining in Chubut, particularly in the Meseta Central area of the Province (where the Navidad Project is located), but at the same time is proceeding with due caution, to be sure there is responsible management of environmental and social issues, which have been defined as fundamental objectives of this administration.
