Arak Resources Ltd - Proposed Consolidation

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - October 03, 2016) - Arak Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: AAC) (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company will seek TSX Venture Exchange approval to consolidate its current common shares without par value on a ten (10) current common shares into one (1) new post-consolidated share. The Company currently has 12,201,269 shares issued, post consolidation the Company will have 1,220,127 common shares issued and outstanding.
